Digital care plans are securely accessed on the M Care App by our staff in the service user’s home. Our staff have immediate access to information about any updates in our service users’ circumstances or changes to our service users’ needs. Our staff use the M Care App to make secure digital records of each visit to our service users’ home
Enhanced communication
The MCare App enables our staff and service users and their families to communicate effectively. Service users and their family members can access personal information on the App and use functions of the App to provide M Care with real time feedback on their satisfaction with our services
